WELLNESS TIP: For 3 years in a row I would feel very down and lacked energy from Fall to Spring. My doctor and I couldn’t quite find the culprit until she tested my vitamin D levels. They were in the single digits. Somewhere around 4-8ish.
Normal levels are 20-50 ng/mL.
She quickly prescribed a high dosage D supplement and it seemed the feelings I has carried all those years faded within weeks.
